 Desmond Elliot the former nollywood actor allowed his fans and supporters celebrate him by throwing sachets of water at him, while some of them consciously poured the water over his head. All this happened after he had seen the result from his constituency. I usually thought this method of celebration was only meant for people celebrating their birthdays.
